About Us

Eloka’s mission is to apply digital technologies to make people’s lives secure, convenient and enjoyable in a personalized manner. Eloka performs design and installation of a wide array of consumer technology and entertainment solutions with emphasis on green technologies. The objective is to simplify life through technology by integrating and delivering all information that is relevant to people for access when and where desired. This concept is embodied in our slogan, “The Soul of Technology”.

Eloka offers high quality products and solutions from reputed global manufacturers as well as design and support services in the area of consumer technologies. Eloka’s installation services are primarily available in the United States and Asia through our Technology Experience Centers as well as via our partner network. Our comprehensive design and technical support services in the area of consumer technologies are available to consumers globally.

Eloka has pioneered the concept of Integrated Lifestyle Management System™(ILMS)™ branded as “my Eloka” that will simply transform people’s lives to an organized and efficient one. The information and devices relevant to each person’s life are integrated into an easily controllable interface that can be accessed via computers or other devices such as web-enabled phones. At the touch of a button, the “my Eloka” interface enables tasks such as monitoring security of homes and businesses in real-time, accessing media such as songs, photos and video, setting of lighting scenes for convenience and aesthetics as well as implementing energy saving measures.

Eloka was founded by Mr. Jay Ram as Lifestyle Networks in the United States in 2002. Mr. Ram’s vision is to develop Eloka as a global leader in consumer technology services, utilizing his significant experience and credentials in technology and construction industries. Mr. Ram graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He secured Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering (specialization in Telecom and Networking from the University of Pennsylvania) and in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. Mr. Ram obtained an MBA with Honors in Finance and Operations & Information Management from the Wharton School of Business. The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the Consumer Electronics Designers and Installers Association (CEDIA) awarded certifications related to residential technology design and installation to Mr. Ram. Eloka's projects have been featured in residential technology and entertainment trade magazines and Mr. Ram has been a panelist at consumer technology industry trade shows in the United States.
